General Information
When it comes to planning your Atlanta, Georgia wedding, trust the details of your most important day to the experts at our premier luxury hotel. We’ll help you plan the wedding of your dreams. The signature service and deluxe amenities that define our Atlanta, GA wedding receptions will become a part of your cherished memories as you begin your new life together. 

To make planning your wedding in Atlanta even easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day. Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.



  • Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up – Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from 8 to 12 guests per table.
  • Dance Floor and Risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
  • Ceremony Room – Hyatt Regency Atlanta can create a ceremony room set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues.
  • Order of Events – From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your Atlanta wedding specialist to assist you.
  • Audio-Visual equipment – Our onsite audio-visual experts can help you execute your ideas.
  • Ice Sculptures – Our team of culinary experts can create an ice sculpture to match your theme, from simple to the most elaborate ideas.
  • Parking – Valet parking is available, with reduced rates for your wedding guests, based upon availability.
  • Wedding Cake - Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. Our pastry chef is available during the tasting to discuss all of the details for your one-of-a-kind creation.
  • Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. One point per dollar spent is awarded for your catering event.
  • Pricing - A Food and Beverage minimum is applied to all events at Hyatt Regency Atlanta. A 15% non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due ten business days prior to your wedding. Our wedding menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. All Food and Beverage is subject to a Service Charge and Sales Tax. Your event will be considered tentative until a signed contract of agreement and deposit are received.
  • Guarantee - A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
